EHS STANDARDS & PRACTICES

• Health & Safety Policy: Every site operates under a defined HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policy ensuring zero accidents and a safe workplace for all employees and contractors.
• Safety Management System: Implementation of structured risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) before any activity.
• Training & Awareness: Regular toolbox talks, safety inductions, first-aid training, and emergency response drills for all workforce levels.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Mandatory PPE usage (helmets, safety shoes, harnesses, gloves, etc.) with regular inspection and replacement programs.
• Incident Reporting & Investigation: A transparent system for near-miss, unsafe act, and accident reporting, followed by corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Work Permit System: Strict control of hazardous activities (hot work, confined space, electrical, height work) through a formal permit system.
• Emergency Preparedness: On-site emergency plans, firefighting equipment, and evacuation routes maintained and reviewed regularly.
• Waste & Pollution Control: Segregation, recycling, and disposal of construction waste in compliance with local environmental regulations.

COMPLIANCE & REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

• Adherence to Factories Act, Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, and Labour Welfare Regulations.
• Compliance with Environmental Protection Act, Water & Air Pollution Control Norms, and Hazardous Waste Management Rules.
• Fulfillment of all statutory approvals including local body NOCs, fire, electrical, and safety certifications.
• Conformity with international standards such as ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety).
• Ensuring safe working conditions in line with ILO guidelines and National Building Code (NBC) safety provisions.
